History
Every organization chooses the beliefs that form their foundation. When Christopher Connelly founded Kinetic, he made sure that the core values were integrity, pride, quality, and accountability. They are the reason that what began as a small company has grown to become the area's industry leader. At Kinetic, values aren't abstract concepts; they structure the way the company works.
In 2011, Connelly partnered with Tina Battey to establish the next generation of business. To satisfy the most sophisticated homeowners' tastes, Kinetic began employing the latest high-level digital technology and experienced award-winning design staff. By late 2011, Kinetic was well prepared to tackle a larger scope of work.

Mark has worked in the Kitchen and Bath Industry for 25 years. He worked for 8 years in the Wholesale Plumbing Industry and has a full understanding of plumbing fixtures. His vast knowledge of the cabinet manufacturers he represents, as well as his competitors, allows him to educate his clients to make the right decision for their budget. Jill has worked in the interior design industry specializing in kitchen and bath design for over 10 years. She has received degrees in Interior Design and Architectural Interior Design. Jill is a member of The Interior Design Association and has participated in the Buffalo Decorator's Show Houses, the Buffalo Home and Garden show, The Lewiston Tour of Kitchens, and many vendor events throughout Western New York. Jill's passion for design, her creativity, and her experience create a package that becomes a great resource for her clients in regard to specialized planning and project material selections. Through her love and knowledge of design, she guides her clients not only in the layout of the space, but also in materials and color preference to complete the design. Working with any budget, she will create the design and style that you are looking for.

With a degree in Interior Design, Debi has worked in the Kitchen and Bath Industry for over 19 years. Debi is a member of the Western New York Interior Design Association and has been involved in a number of the Buffalo Decorator Show Houses. Her work has been published in Signature Kitchen and Bath Magazine and seen on local television. Working with any budget is her specialty. Call Debi for references in your neighborhood.
As President and owner of Bath Planet, Randy brings 24 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting his adult professional career working for a national lumber yard chain, he quickly moved into a management position. After which he was selected to develop the new Kitchen Design Center program for the company's Western New York stores. The success of this program not going unnoticed, he was recruited by one of the area's oldest kitchen companies. Years later he would take his talents to a locally owned building materials company to help expand the window and door department. Delighted with his success Randy was promoted to project manager in the custom millworker department. Missing the creativity of kitchen and bath design and the interaction with those clients, Randy joined Western New York's largest kitchen and bath showroom. Randy has designed and overseen the implementation of some of the most beautiful kitchens and baths in Western New York.
Jim's architecture experience started over 25 years ago. Jim was in Lewiston Porter Senior High school's first computer aided drafting class were he excelled and helped his teachers learn and manage the program. After college, he went to work as a design drafter for Cannon Design in Grand Island, NY. In 1996 Jim took a job with Benderson Development as an Architectural Project Manager. His experience at Benderson and his enrollment in the New York State Intern Development Program, enabled Jim to take the architectural exams and become a licensed architect in New York State. Jim then took a position as Senior Project Architect with Silvestri Architects in Amherst. He worked there for two years before starting Fittante Architecture P.C
Richard W. Ries III graduated from Alfred state college in 2006 with a bachelor science in Architectural Technology. After graduation he has went on to work under multiple architects to master the trade. He is now employed under the direct supervision of Architect James Fittante, with the goal of becoming a licensed architect within the next year.
